OCS 2007 R2
Support to provision OCS 2007 R2 for the mailbox users.
Because now with Exchange 2010, OWA have chat builtin and this require OCS 2007 R2 or OCS 2010

Bulk provisioning
It seems that the bulk provisioning for Exchange mailboxes is not working properly, the mailboxes get added to the queue but then they won't create, the error message states that the organization has already reached it's limit in numbers of mailboxes.
